- 4060 for 1440p : r nvidia - Reddit
I am upgrading my 1060 6GB to the 4060 soon in combination with a Samsung Odyssey G5 Now would the 4060 be capable of running games like GTA, BeamNG, and ETS2 at 120-140ish fps at high settings on 1440p? The reason I don't want a 1080p monitor because I am using a 1900 x 1080 24 inch monitor and using that at 1080 annoys me already, so going from 24 inch WUXGA to 27 inch 1080p is really not

What about macos scaling on 1440p
- Is RX 6600 really that bad for 1440p? : r buildapc - Reddit
Is RX 6600 really that bad for 1440p? Can I run modern games with atleast medium settings? Or should I just get a 1080p 144hz monitor? I see everywhere that 1080p and 1440p difference is day and night If that's truly the case I feel like buying a 1080p monitor for 200$ is a waste if I can go 1440p for 300$ Help anyone?
- 1080p vs 1440p gaming. 1440p worth it? : r pcgaming - Reddit
Yeah been gaming 1440p for like 18 months now and it's been a great pleasure I still have my 1080p monitor as my second monitor Highly recommend 1440p if your hardware can handle it (GTX1070 1080 minimum IMO) I can run everything pretty much maxed out still with my 1080ti With lower cards you'd need to sacrifice some detail settings here
- 4K DLSS Performance vs 1440P DLSS Quality - ResetEra
So with 4k performance you're effectively upscaling from 1080p, whereas 1440p quality is sub-1080p Moreover, certain post-processing effects can be applied after DLSS, which means they're done at the output resolution (and thus of higher quality compared to the 1440p with theoretically fewer artifacts)
