I upgraded to 1440 27" very recently from 1080p 24" There is a noticeable improvement of clarity but honestly not as much as I'd hoped Pixel density is key If pure image sharpness is your goal, look for a 24" 1440p display, it'll be worlds better due to higher pixel density I don't regret buying my monitor, I love it
