Well, we can deconstruct it using the Creating New Weapons rules from WMH A Martial Tetsubo would get 8 DP (5 for martial + 2 for 2-h) while an Exotic one gets 9 DP (6 for exotic + 2 for 2-h) It has no special properties or additional damage types so the only things we need to account for are the increased damage and crit multiplier

I also thought that the Tetsubo was a stupid translation If you compare the silhouette of the Tetsubo and a greatclub, they're practically identical Additionally they are used in the same manner I personally just nix the Tetsubo on the gear list and have it be a 'retexture' of the greatclub

Wouldn't that be closer to a tetsubo? That thing is terribly heavy Every depiction has him wielding it with conventional staff techniques, though The quarterstaff (or whatever local name you choose to call it) is the logical weapon of choice for him and his followers - but, at the same time, it should be pretty devastating in their hands

Some of the Japanese portrayals of him show him wielding a Tetsubo instead of a staff, so maybe a Str based monk who focuses on those massive x4 damage crits He has been re-imagined in dozens of movies, books, anime, manga, etc
