Purolator shipping problems When I ordered a dell xps laptop on November 23rd, I was expecting it to be delivered in 2 weeks time (which I think is reasonable) The shipping label was created on the very next day and it was picked up by purolator 4 days later

Order "Shipped" On September 29th but Still Stuck at "Shipping Label Created" On Purolator So I placed my order on September 16 G15 Ryzen Edition The original shipping date was October 13 and delivery date is October 20 Wrote a few letter, shipped on September 29 Really happy about that BUT

- Purolator tracking still says the tracking number is invalid I don't know how Dell's tracking shows a delivery was attempted, but Purolator's own website does not recognize the tracking number I don't know which information is correct and who to follow up with Purolator did not leave any message or note about where to pickup my package
- Dell says Shipped. Purolator says Label created. Deceptive order . . .
Dell says "Shipped" Purolator says "Label created" Deceptive order status from Dell I ordered on July 19th A single item, a monitor Not a 'build' Delivery estimate was July 26th (which has now passed) Got a message saying that it was 'shipped' at 1am on Friday the 21st with a Purolator tracking number

The order was labeled as "shipped" on Dell's tracking and "Shipment Label Created" on Purolator tracking on December 31st The estimated ship date is January 10th, 2022 (today) and the order is still stuck in "Shipment Label Created"

Today at 1pm the laptop arrived at the local purolator facility, so it took 7 days from the shipping label created to the purolator tracking information updated that it had arrived at the local sorting facility

When I received another order, it had a shipping label reference on the Purolator website immediately after shipping The website right now shows that there is "no information associated with this tracking number" It's also been 4 days, which on the order details screen it said would be the upper limit for the carrier to link info
