UPS Tracking Number meaning I ordered some items from two totally different suppliers, and I noticed that the entire tracking number was exactly the same, except for the last 3 digits Does that mean they were shipped using the same account number, and potentially shipped from the same organization? Ups can't find my package details On the 7th, so over a week ago, I order an item from Amazon It is supposed to be delivered by ups and was to arrive on the 13th By the 11th 12th it said it had shipped but the 13th came and went, and it hadn't showed up My Amazon order page says the package is running late and "should" be here by the 18th

Have they gotten rid of it permanently? I feel like, at the rate they've been stripping features from online tracking, within a year or two it's literally just going to tell you when your package has shipped, and when it's been delivered Seems to be a trend toward greater opacity between corporations and both their customers and their employees contractors

Every time they ship out with UPS I receive my tracking number, and every time I check it I get this message: "We are unable to complete your tracking request at this time Please try again later " In these cases, the delivery is happening, the order always arrives, and the tracking number never updates or ends up working

When customers call us on the UPS hotline regarding this Amazon return what usually happens is that you would make a request for Amazon to have a ups driver come pick this up but Amazon is sometimes slow in contacting us or even creating the label for the rerun and also once the label is created then the ups driver will come the next business day
