Man get a nice flat top griddle if the wife is on board Either a Blackstone or Camp Chef are great I'm sure there are several others You will find you do much more than just burgers on it once you own Stir fry, pancakes, bacon, eggs, hash browns, fajitas, Philly cheese steaks, fish, quesadillas etc are all great on the flat top

I own a Blackstone now, and a cast iron griddle, and a Magnalite Pro alloy griddle and a lightweight aluminum non-stick griddle All have their place and each has it's own advantages and disadvantages, yes, even the lightweight aluminum one

My daughter has the Sam’s membersmark brand and my BIL and several friends have the Blackstone None of the are heavy duty, but I’d say the Camp Chef is the best built followed by Blackstone and then the MembersMark I like the grease system in the Members mark - front center while with removable try underneath - by far the best

I have not converted a blackstone but have converted a lot of grills I can't see why you could not convert the blackstone You would have to purchase a natural gas hose and quick connect for your gas line to replace the LP hose and regulator The orifices would have to be drilled out larger for natural gas since natural is delivered at less pressure than propane pressure of 11 WC inches The
