本试剂盒主要通过 荧光素基团 的活性键与生物分子的游离氨基共价结合,可以用于标记抗体、 蛋白等其它含游离氨基生物分子。 操作过程 ·实验前准备 1 仔细阅读使用说明书。 2 试剂耗材准备:提前 20 min 从冰箱中取出试剂盒,平衡至室温(注:不需要用到的试剂组分继续放置在冰箱中)。 3 超滤管 浸润:向干燥的超滤管滤芯中加入标记缓冲液,室温放置10 min备用,在加入待标记物之前弃去标记缓冲液即可(整个标记过程中超滤管滤芯都应该保持湿润)。 4 溶解活化 Cyanine 5 干粉(以产品规格为0 5 mg为例):用40 μL DMSO溶解Cyanine 5干粉,静置 10 min,待其充分溶解,此时Cyanine 5的浓度为0 77 mM,盖好管子备用。
