After that, I use an app called "360 Content manager" to pass the games through FTP with the 360 plugged in to Aurora using the FTP plugin So far it works, but the max speed is 10mb s I assume that's intended due to (maybe) the 360's LAN connector being 10 100 mbps instead of 10 100 1000

Did you add it to Content already? IIRC you don't need your folder to have a specific name, you just need to make Aurora scan that folder by adding it to the list Hit Start, go to Content, then Add Path Then go to Scan Now to make it work, and wait a moment, if it doesn't, it may need a reboot
