for the rendering issue, I suggest the Autodesk Rendering Gallery Buy some points to use, you can get a photo realistic image for 1 or 2 crédits and I think time saving Wise they would be Worth the "Investment" if renders are Something you produce often

Credit where it's due, Autodesk Support on theArea forum have stuck with this and posted a link to the Virtual Agent to allow me to download just 3dsMax 2018 which then offers to install not just the Revit 2018 interoperability add-in but also the Arnold renderer which was missing from the BDSP 2018 install package (but there may be a newer version on the Arnold home site)

They have just released on the Autodesk Labs Site, a plugin for Revit -> Project Neon (cloud based rendering ) I have got to say this rocks :bb: I uploaded the sample project that comes with revit and rendered it at max resloution and best quality
- Linking Revit to 3DS via RVT FBX - ISSUES - 2018 and others
The question is: do you find difficulties with linking Revit files in 3ds Max and further workflow, using either RVT or FBX, in any of recent Autodesk versions? By far, I have tried different configuration (mostly on 2018) to achieve reliable linking in any of the extension, but I found many issues which stopped me from doing the project or made it really hard These are: Linking with RVT file
