I guess this goes for anyone in the future that tries to do a reset password email link from sony with your correct email but dont get sent a password reset link Hopefully you guys see this post For some reason for some accounts the original link you click on for forgot password or reset password does not work

Same issue here I just confirmed with PSN support live chat that password reset emails are not currently working They're working on it

The emails that I have received the past 2 or 3 days from support have come from do-not-reply@playstation sony com Which don't help by the way as the content of what comes from the latter email is just another walk around of step by step guides on how to request a password change
