As Yahoo and AOL are the same company for mail purposes, I think partially it's an AOL Yahoo issue and partially an Outlook issue No solution occurs to me yet Have tried adding the Yahoo account and that works by providing the password, but of course doesn't have any of the other emails (it was basically an account to provide for junk purposes)

I have since called AOL Apparently, the panel that opens in Outlook 356 while trying to set up email is a Yahoo panel Yahoo owns AOL AOL owns Verizon emails The companies are not connected for the email service I can't use the Yahoo window for AOL emails, but I had no other options I found this article online:

I have had my AOL mail account setup in Outlook for years and it suddenly stopped working Incoming mail is setup with the server as: imap aol com and the port is set to 993 Encryption type is SSL TLS Outgoing mail is setup for smtp aol com for port 465 I am using Classic Outlook
