If you don't want to use a virtual host, you can create a file in the root folder that loads WordPress Browsers load index html files first so you must delete or rename the original Synology index html to something like syno-index html

Hi Why the change of ports? I would make a sub folder to WEB folder, set up virtual host with my domain name, use port 80 (standard), point it to the new sub folder, install Wordpress in the new folder so i get my MySQL database links right, and it should work with that domain name
