OBS has the Stream, the Recording, and the Monitor That's it Only one Monitor, that you can send to any device, physical or virtual, but only that one If you want different things to go to different places, you'll need a plugin I've heard some good things about the Audio Monitor plugin, but I haven't used it myself:
