Here's the thing: Not only is this boot up to fast to enter the BIOS, but I believe the fast boot up overall skips the "This is the part where is shows your MB manufacturer and you can enter the BIOS on this screen" part, and also Fast Boot doesn't let DEL be a button used to enter the BIOS
