After installing Windows 10 I've been having issues opening the Catalyst Control Center I am also unable to install it from AMD's site

There is the application compatibility troubleshooter, I ran that and it recommended Windows 8 compatibility mode I set it to be Win8 compatible, re-enabled it to run (this is in Task Manager, startup tab) and when I restarted, no crash, the Catalyst Control Center can be run and it is available from the system tray
