i cancelled my yearly renewal for club pogo com on 2 14 13 on 2 15 13 my bank account shows 39 99 was taken out from pogo how do i get my money back?

When I sign in to club pogo I am getting what I consider an inappropriate ad on the left side of the screen Not sure why but would really like to get this off there

I have been trying for a week to cancel my auto renewal account and switch to only paying when I want to play club pogo I can't find the link that you say is in my account to end membership and you won't allow me to remove my credit card

Try another browser to see if you still have the same problem, sometimes it's not losing connection, sometimes it's the browser closing, due to a problem with the browser so do check that Afterwards, please reboot your computer and then sign back in to Club Pogo to see if things improve
