I have spent the last week trying to get my main phone number transferred to my trac phone I finally think I have managed that according to trac phone pages I also purchased mins to add to my trac phone The page told me to shut my phone off----then turn it back on and wait until new phone number and mins were posted into my phone

New LGL33L continues to power cycle and stuck on blue Trac-Phone screen I did not use Android device Manager and I have updated all firmware At times it will recover, go black, come back on then re-boot again May freeze during selections the "power" botton the the back does nothing during this process The only way to stop this is to remove the battery No apps have been down loaded

My phone says it is deactivated when I try to call from it I misplaced my phone and tried to call it to and received the message that the phone number was not taking calls I called Tracfone and tried to tell them my phone was lost and was told my only option was to buy a new phone and lose all my days and minutes of service I did find my phone and it says it has days and minutes left but
