Flammable or combustible liquid tanks permit: $120 00 for each system Preliminary plan review: $60 00 per hour for the preliminary review of plans, which have not been submitted for approval for which no permit has been issued Re-inspection retest: $30 00 for each re-inspection This fee shall be paid before any subsequent inspections are made

The Comal County Fire Marshal's Office is responsible for conducting fire investigations of all fires in the County where arson is suspected, the fire is undetermined by the fire department, and or an injury or death has occurred
