TBH the first time I ever watched ASMR back in 2014, I got turned on I don't really have that sensation very often with most relaxation ASMR There have been times in the past where I've also gotten tingles during sensual sexual ASMR And to be clear yes, I did eventually develop non-sexual tingles and that's most of the ASMR I now watch

I listen to ASMR while studying often, and I can't decide if this is a good thing or not It keeps me calm and relaxed and I think it keeps me from wanting to check social media and getting distracted However, it makes me sleepy which isn't great when I have an exam in a couple days Does anyone else do this?
