Although, I agree that swollen lymph nodes can be painful and perhaps you could have them excised (surgically biopsied and removed) Cubital impingement due to a swollen lymph node in the cubital fossae (inner aspect of your elbow---see previous link for a diagram of the cubital lymph nodes) could possibly cause cubital tunnel syndrome
