- defective Auto zone part damaged my car any advice??
I buy parts from autozone, they are a parts house who advertise as themselves towards catering to backyard mechanics If they sell a defective part to a backyard mechanic I do not believe they can just say "well we do not stand behind these parts unless you are a credited shop " My business and loyalty is with autozone not the manufactuer

Yes just center it with the 6" adjustment link located on the drag link that bolts to the Pitman arm No other alignment is needed when just replacing the steering box Just make sure not to install any junk or store-brand steering boxes like Cardone sells through most of the low-end auto parts stores like AutoZone
