104 votes, 123 comments true I've been an uber eats member with the paid membership for several years, (I stopped being a paid member a few times, but always end up becoming a paid member again and have been more than not) if you are an Uber one member, at least in my experience, they are less inclined to send promo codes

When Support says you're ineligible for a refund that's pretty much it It's fairly common for Uber to matter-of-factly cut customers off from further refunds, and this decision has little to do with with if your complaint is legitimate, how much evidence you've presented, etc it's about Uber not spending money on refunds after a certain point
