As of today Oct 23, 2018, I can no longer log into my SW account online I live in Santa Fe, NM, US and am getting the Access Denied message I was able to log in yesterday and made a reservation Now I can't even pull up the info from a link sent to me by SW via email

Go to your email account and in your search box search put "Southwest Airlines" all of your conformations will come up and it should be easy find your canceled flights Another way to find your old conformations is to log into your and click on recent activity then click on view all All you will be looking for is the conformation numbers

I’ve currently got A-List Preferred status and on a current flight I’m getting told that I’m ineligible for free WiFi Has anyone else run into this issue? I sign in using the same password manager that correctly fills and logs in for all other SWA sites — and it’s clear that the password works because if I intentionally put in a bad password I’m told that the password isn’t right
