The default Yahoo mail account in MS Outlook would have the Inbox at the top with other folders unerneath it When you added that mail account to MS Outlook you simply gave the email address password to add that mail account, no settings are shown used What you see in MS Outlook is a cached copy of the yahoo cloud server

Recently my outlook for mac is upgraded to version 16 60 (22041000) and my yahoo mail stopped syncing I deleted my yahoo mail account and added a new yahoo account This time I had to use my actual yahoo mail password (the app password did not work) The yahoo mail account was added with only two folders "Inbox" and "Drafts", both are empty

It seems that when you delete an email in your inbox, sometimes it gets deleted in the archives as well May I know how do you access you account is it through outlook webmail or outlook mail app?

My Yahoo account stopped working in Outlook I tried to fix it, but ultimately had to remove the account and re-add it When doing so, I am no longer able to add it as IMAP but can only add it as POP I would like the outlook inbox to sync automatically with the server, but it doesn't seem to sync properly with POP for me

The mail account updates for dispositioned emails between my phone PC macbook The emails in my Yahoo account remain in the inbox I have reinstalled the app I have set up manually with the IMAP and POP3 settings I am not seeing this issue with my work account or my gmail
