Admin Login to new gateway After some issues, I have my new Cox-supplied gateway, a TECHNICOLOR Model: CGM4331COM I tried to login using the SSID and password on the bottom of the gateway, but those credentials were not recognized The Cox Tech that did the install was very good, I have to blame myself for not trying to do this while he was here

Normally this is an automatica process however it appears you were assigned a new login when your services got moved Please call us at 623-594-1000 to correct this and get your old logins associated with your new account
