After you inquire via our booking form, Sarah, the ECBG Wedding Manager, will contact you to schedule your tasting You can choose a tasting to go which can be picked up on Saturdays between 11am and 1pm at our bakery, or a tasting in person which takes place at the bakery Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 4, 5 and 6pm
